Returns
At ByCoral, every item is individually sourced, inspected, and photographed before it is listed for sale. Because most of our inventory consists of one-of-a-kind pre-owned and vintage pieces, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
Incorrect fit or sizing
Change of mind
Color differences caused by monitor or phone screens
Buyer's remorse
Please review all photos, measurements, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
If We Made a Mistake
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you receive an item that:
Arrives damaged during shipping,
Is significantly different from the listing description, or
Is the wrong item,
please contact us within 3 days of delivery at coraliveschiera@gmail.com.
Include:
Your order number
Photos of the item
Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
We'll review your request promptly and work with you to find a fair solution, which may include a replacement (if available), store credit, or a refund.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
Once an order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email.
